Insurance Types
Commercial Insurance
Mercy Health accepts a variety of commercial insurance plans. Please know that this information is subject to change and we recommend that you check with your insurer to verify coverage.
You can find a list of accepted commercial insurance plans in our Cincinnati, Kentucky, Lima, Springfield, Tiffin, Toledo, Lorain, Youngstown and Willard locations online. This information may change without warning. Please contact your insurance provider for the most up-to-date information regarding your policy details.
If you are outside of Cincinnati and Toledo, please select your geographic location and hospital, and our Customer Service team would be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Medicare
Medicare has two billing parts. Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) helps to pay for inpatient hospital services. Medicare Part B (medical insurance) helps to pay for providers, outpatient services and point of care expenses.
Sometimes Medicare Part B payments are made directly to you, and then you will submit payment to Mercy Health for any portions not covered by Medicare or other insurance. More information can be found at medicare.gov or by calling Customer Service.
Medicaid

Pay a Doctor’s Office Bill
To pay a bill for services rendered at a doctor’s office, not at a hospital facility, please visit http://www.paymercyhealth.com.
